About Company

HMS is a full-service HVAC contractor that focuses on engineering cost-efficient solutions for

new and existing mechanical systems. The inherent design/build orientation of the firm also

enhances expertise in the service/repair arena. Clients are supported by a team of

professional, factory-trained service technicians familiar with mechanical system design and

operation.

 The firm is respected for delivering a comprehensive service/repair program to support those

design/build initiatives. A significant portion of the firm’s work is focused in and around the

Research Triangle Park metropolitan area; however, HMS serves clientele throughout North

Carolina.

 Hendrickson Mechanical Services, Inc. was established in 1993 by James A. “Jay”

Hendrickson. A Raleigh native and 1971 graduate of nearby Elon University, Hendrickson

serves as President and CEO and leads a professional design team that represents over 100

years of combined experience in the HVAC industry.

 The firm is headquartered in company-owned facilities located in the Westborough Center

office park in northwest Raleigh.
