HMS Construction Services offers complete Commercial HVAC Services:

Duct Systems:                     High and Low Pressure systems including VAV Zoning and Duct Socks.  Value added services could ensure comfort and reduce unnecessary cost.

Package Systems:             Roof Top Units ranging from 4 to 104 tons for new Construction, Existing Rehab Structures or Replacement of old equipment.

Split Systems:                     Fractional ton mini-splits to 20+ ton conventional systems as well as Variable refrigerant systems such as Daikin or City-Multi.

Process Cooling:                Liebert systems for server rooms as well as design considerations for future loads.

Controls:                              Zoning and Building automation across multiple platforms of equipment.

Piping:                                  Gas piping installation and design

    Project Management:       Single point of contact for large complex projects to ensure the job is run smoothly and efficiently.

Full Program

Includes labor and materials for quarterly visits by factory trained and certified technicians to perform the following:

• Filter and drive belt replacements
• Equipment inspection and testing including lubrication, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, excessive vibration, motor & fan performance, defective or worn parts
• Inspection and cleaning of condensate drains and pans
• Adjustments and tightening of connections performed as needed
• Inspection of safety and system controls and calibration as needed
• Annual cleaning of condenser & evaporator coils and heat exchangers or burners
   

Bi-annual Program

Same basic program as described above with visits scheduled on a bi-annual basis instead of a quarterly basis.
 

A-la-carte

Items can be added or removed from the basic program to fit the customer's needs or budget.

Additional Services

- Our technicians are available to respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely fashion.
- Repairs and/or replacements of components or entire units are handled with the utmost quality and professionalism.
- Customers with a Preventative Maintenance program receive discounts and priority status on repair calls
